One place for all shortcuts. Sweet. Opens fast and contains the shortcuts for all the apps I am using.
I found this app to be great since recently moving to the mac products. Though i have found a spelling error, "Capture Screen to Clipboard: Capture the hole screen to clipboard (put image in clipboard)" hole should be whole haha
This is a great idea for an app. I only wish it had a shot of they keyboard that would show at a glance what characters were changed when certain modifying keys were pressed (e.g., the command key, or option + command). Of course, this would only really be useful for finding special characters, but I think itd be a great feature. (There was a great little application that used to do this: press whatever modifiers you want and the characters on a little representation of the keyboard would change accordingly.) I find the list view tedious. Nevertheless, I do appreciate that app-specific shortcuts are included.
There is no consistency with regard to font size and font case. - Right side Menu bar items mixed with either Title case or lower case - Images of keys that are to be pressed are depicted inconsistently as either upper or lowercase without mention if (shift) needs to be used. - Shortcut descriptions are not consistent in font size. - THERE ARE TYPOS EVERYWHERE - Shortcut titles are also not consistent and messy. Its almost as if you just copy/pasted these commands from different sources without doing due diligence and putting effort into the final "clean" release. Yes it is functional, no it doesnt "Look" good and can cause some confusion as well. Recommended additions: Ability to sort
I was looking for an app that would let me map keys on the keyboard. Why does the Mac make me touch the mouse for simple things! I thought this would let me map the keys on the keyboard to do simple tasks. I didnt realize it was just a Help" file of keyboard shortcuts. You can find all of this information on the web (or course you have to use the mouse to click on the Safari window to open it up!) No reason to pay $.99 for it.
I have saved any number of shortcut key cheat-sheets, but could never find them when I needed them. I bought this app so I could easily find shortcut key combinations like the ones for screen capture. Now I can go to Quick Shortcuts in the Dock and find the shortcut I want quickly. Shortcuts are nicely organized by app with an area for favorites too.
Helpful & does what it promises
Solid app that shows all the keyboard shortcuts. Good for Keyboard junkies like me.
for me
An indispensable, long sought after program I finally found thanks to the mac app store. Great success!
Don't buy this
This doesn't create shortcuts, it is just a database of them. Waste of time. Dear creator, If we wanted a list of shortcuts we would do a google search. You're a theif
